About Emma

Hi, I’m Emma — a DONA certified birth doula with a deep love for supporting families through one of life’s most sacred transitions. I bring a background in integrative care, earning my Bachelor of Science with a focus on women’s health. I have my reiki level one certification, am Gilligan’s Guide certified, and also received my wellness coaching certificate. These methods allow me to support families with a whole-body approach.


My work weaves together evidence-based support with modalities like meditation, grounding, breathwork, nutrition, and gentle energy work. I’m here to support you in feeling informed, confident, and connected to your body throughout your birthing experience.

  • I’m an avid potter and oil painter

  • When I have free time I’m usually baking some sort of pie or cake

  • I almost always have a cup of tea with me

  • I LOVE thrifting and going to estate sales

  • I’m a big fan of new moon/full moon rituals

  • My favorite outdoor activities are camping, hiking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and rollerskating
